If you lose your key or your access card please contact your local branch as soon as possible.
When you next visit the Balthorne Safe Deposit Centre where your safe deposit box is stored please bring along your identification (as listed here). Once your identification has been verified we can begin the procedure to grant you access to your safe deposit box.
Please note that in order to receive replacements for any lost items, the following charges will apply:
